| What is an Audio Response?
From time to time answers to questions can become very lengthy, especially in answer to a complex question. In these cases in particular when a telephone option isn’t possible we often take the opportunity to record an Audio response. Within the recording each layer of the question can be dealt with in turn. The recording can be emailed to you in a variety of formats including if you wish MP3 and WMV allowing you to either burn to a CD or perhaps play back at your leisure on your IPOD, over and over again getting the most from the resource. Aditional questions can the be submitted either by email or in some other way such as on the careers forum. |
